Premium Medical Scrub Knit Fabric Development Request (Poland)

A premium medical apparel brand from Poland is looking for an experienced textile manufacturer to develop and produce an exclusive knitted fabric for its premium medical scrubs collection.

The buyer is interested in developing a proprietary knitted fabric using one of the following fiber blends:

• TENCEL™ Lyocell / Polyamide / Elastane
• Viscose / Polyamide / Elastane
• Bamboo Viscose / Polyamide / Elastane

Required Fabric Specifications

The knitted fabric should meet the following performance requirements:

• Fabric weight: 190–220 g/m²
• Four-way stretch (4-way stretch)
• Soft, luxurious premium hand feel
• Excellent breathability
• Efficient moisture management
• Quick-drying performance
• Excellent anti-pilling performance (Grade 4–5)
• High color fastness (Grade 4–5)
• Dimensional stability after washing (shrinkage below 3%)
• Good abrasion resistance (please provide Martindale test results)
• Retains its premium appearance after repeated washing
• Suitable for intensive daily use in medical environments
